Books can be exchanged for maximums 8 times a month within the subscription month. One exchange will be considered as one order. Orders will not be rolled over to the next month.
Subscription plans are as follows – (all plans exclusive of 1 book and 1 mag for parents)

Bunny plan:- 2 BOOKS + 1 GENERAL CATEGORY BOOK

Rabbit plan:- 4 BOOKS + 2 GENERAL CATEGORY BOOK

Hare plan:- 6 BOOKS + 3 GENERAL CATEGORY BOOK

Registration charges for new members Rs.200/-.
Re-registration charges for paused members over 3 months - Rs. 100/-.
Please enquire with the staff about discount structure available on long term plans.
Rules for Security Deposit – One Time Refundable Security Deposit will be charged.

Bunny plan:- Rs. 1000/-

Rabbit plan:- Rs. 1500/-

Hare plan:- Rs. 2000/-

*Deposit will be refunded once the membership is discontinued.
*Registration charges are one time charges and will not be refunded.
Damages / Markings on books –

1. Markings on books with pen / pencils, torn pages, crumbling, stains etc. will be regarded as damages

2. Members will be held responsible for damages or loss of library books and will be required to meet the cost of replacement at the prevailing market rate and additional Rs.100/- as fine.

Renewal / Discontinuation / Subscription Pause Rules –

1. An SMS will be sent for subsequent renewals. A 10-day grace period will be allowed for subscription pause, change of subscription plans, discontinuation of membership, etc. Monthly fees to be paid within a month after which additional late fees of Rs. 100 will be charged.

2. You can pause your subscription at the time of renewal (within the grace period) by informing the staff and returning all the books in your possession. The minimum duration for subscription pause is 10 days. For example, if you are going on a vacation or having exams, you can temporarily discontinue the library membership. (You will not be charged for that duration).

3. You can exercise your subscription pause for maximum 3 months at a stretch after which re-registration charges of Rs. 100/- need to be paid once again. You will then become a temporary member but your deposit will be safe with us for lifetime! You will also be removed from our awesome mom community WhatsApp group.

4. If you wish to discontinue your membership, the same should be notified 1 day prior to the staff. All books need to be handed over back to the library, all dues to be settled and then the security deposit will be refunded back to you. If you possess the deposit receipt, please bring it along with you

5. Books must be returned within the grace period after which a fine of Rs. 10 per day per book will be charged including the day of return

Home Delivery facility –

1. Delivery will take place as per the delivery schedule above.

2. You are requested to choose books, add to your cart and place the order before 1 day of delivery.

3. You can login at www.readingrabbitslibrary.com and select books according to your respective age groups.

4. In case of a holiday to the library, the scheduled deliveries of that day will be fulfilled on the next working day.
